Coverage:
The warranty guarantees that Outdoor UV Teflon Fabrics will be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. It specifically covers damage caused by UV exposure, fading, and deterioration under normal outdoor use conditions.

Warranty Claims:
To file a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

Provide proof of purchase (date and place of purchase) from Ekrame Furnitures or an authorized reseller.

Describe the alleged defect and the circumstances under which it occurred.

Submit clear photos of the fabric showing the issue.

The company will, at its discretion, replace the fabric or any defective part free of charge.

Exclusions and Limitations:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper care, negligence, accident, or misuse.

Damage caused by factors other than UV exposure.

Fading or color changes beyond normal wear and tear.

Use of bleached colors.

Use during the monsoon season (fabrics must be stored indoors during this period).

Any modification or alteration made to the fabric without prior written consent from Ekrame Furnitures.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the fabrics.
